I moved to Hampton roads from west coast and found the dealership online. I submit quotes through edmunds.com. Joe Giltner, the internet sales manager responded quickly and offered decent price. Because I have a preferred color, it seemed the dealership need transfer it from other regional inventories. It took 5 days to identify the car after I put the deposit. Meantime, I got several competitive quotes in the region. Fortunately, the dealership loaned a demo car for my local commute. it is very annoying in extending the permit to use dealership's vehicle. Things didn't always go smoothly, but in the end, we worked it all out and my family enjoy new Odyssey. I enjoyed meeting with Joe and wish him the best of luck in his position here at Priority Honda. More

Going to Hampton Priority Honda turned out to be a great choice. The friendiness and the prices are the best around. I traded in two vehicles, one mine the other my late husbands truck. Thanks to them I am driving a (used ) 2013 Honda CR-V. I went there to look at 2008 CR-V. Tim Clark the salesman came out to see me and ask if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and that I wanted to trade my vehicles and pay the balance in cash. He said let me show you this other CR-V. It turned out to be the 2013 instead of the 2008 one. Tim could have just showed me the 2008 one, but he thought that I would like the 2013 one better. I went for the test drive and could not smiling after that. But for the prices for quality used cars, trucks and Suvs, you will not find better anywhere nor will you find that you are teated better. On August 9th is Tim Clarks birthday. I hope that he has many,many more. Thanks again to the Priority Honda. More

Working with Joe Giltner was an absolute pleasure! We filled out the form on the Costco website, and within 10 minutes I received a call from Joe. This was on a Sunday afternoon at about 3:15. At 4pm my filled out the form on the Costco website, and within 10 minutes I received a call from Joe. This was on a Sunday afternoon at about 3:15. At 4pm my wife and I arrived at the dealership, where we were greeted by Joe. He immediately gave us a no haggle, bottom line price for a new Odyssey that was an even better price than we expected. We went for a test drive, and by 5pm we had agreed to purchase the vehicle! We then spent about an hour (after closing time) that evening completing paperwork. My wife came back the next day to complete most of the remaining paperwork with Levi Whitehead as well as agree on an acceptable price on our trade-in. I came back on Tuesday to sign the final paperwork and we drove off with our new 2013 Odyssey EX-L. We love it! Joe was great to work with. I had a great experience working with Mike. I met Mike through my boyfriend he also bought a car from Mike. He had already picked out a car for me. I had to get one quick because my old car went out on me early Sunday morning it was the engine. I went in Tuesday afternoon and left Tuesday night with my new car. I was loving that. We were contacted by Joe Glitner after filling out an online form Joe was friendly and outgoing on the phone and we made an appointment to go to the dealership. Joe was just as nice in person as well a online form Joe was friendly and outgoing on the phone and we made an appointment to go to the dealership. Joe was just as nice in person as well as being low key. There was no pressure, we told him we were looking for a CRV so we took one for a test drive and then returned to negotiate the price. It was a relatively quick & painless process. The color we wanted was not on the lot so he found one and we returned the next week to pick it up and do the contract paperwork which took about two hours, again relatively quick compared to other car dealers we have dealt with. There was again no high pressure tactics when we dealt with the business manager - we didn't have a trade in and we knew what we wanted as far as extras were concerned. We purchased the Auto Butler for the CRV - we have for our 2010 Highlander and highly recommend it as a way to preserve the finish any new vehicle. The entire experience one we will be happy to repeat for our next vehicle. More
