Mr. Brakin is very customer service oriented and his one and only goal was to make sure we knew all the options and we got what we wanted. He also worked his hardest to make the deal work and get us into the car that we wanted. Mr. Napier is by far the best upper management personnel I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. He made us feel as if we mattered and really listened to every single one of our concerns. Nick really catered to our needs like very few dealerships in this area are even close to willing to do. All in all, they made the process as quick and smooth as possible with no surprises or bumps along the way.
