Everyone that we met and talked to were friendly and respectable. Jerome took care of the financial paper work in a timely and professional manner. Matt stopped by to see how we were doing and congratulate us on our new Honda. and my husband found another Kentucky Wildcats fan to talk sports with. I would highly recommend this place if you are interested in a new car. I purchased a vehicle from these guys and once I left the lot, the problems started. They wouldn't work with me to resolve issues and they were making money off what I was owed for payments on the trade-in. lot, the problems started. They wouldn't work with me to resolve issues and they were making money off what I was owed for payments on the trade-in. I paid over $1000 dollars on my previous car before they finished the paperwork. The extra payments were not expected as I believed they would pay the car off as quickly as possible. Instead it drug out. They informed me that I would receive all the money I payed on the previous car back. Instead I received about half because they charged me for them to process the payment? They make money off what isn't theirs. They give you the run around. I would recommend you never deal with these people. Their motto is "the customer is our priority", but they don't care about the customer. They only thing that is their priority is the $$$. Don't waste your time...otherwise they'll waste more than you have. More

I very much dislike dealers!! But when I arrived I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who assisted with my purchase. He totally changed my view on buying a car because I had a horrible experience at Casey Chevrolet when i bought my first car. But the office was very friendly and I felt at home there. The customer service was excellent and they took care of everything for me. The dealer didn't try to fast talk me just to get a sale he gave me great advice on how things worked and I felt as though that was needed because its a big decision. I did end up with a great purchase and I would recommend Priority Honda to anyone interested in purchasing a car. You won't leave empty handed lol More

We were concerned about a noise - a minor issue - and the General Manager was nice enough to speak with us about it. Mike Timmons was friendly and very helpful with the financing component and explained the entire process throughout our interaction. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience and we are very pleased with our purchase! We will definitely come back to Priority Honda for our next vehicle! Thank you for adding a site to Hampton!
