A+ Customer Service We came to Priority Honda a couple weeks ago to test drive a Honda Fit and were greeted by Eddie Williams. From the get-go he was extremely personable We came to Priority Honda a couple weeks ago to test drive a Honda Fit and were greeted by Eddie Williams. From the get-go he was extremely personable, helpful and answered any questions we had about the vehicle. We got in touch with him a few days later to inquire about purchasing a Honda Fit with specific features and he worked with us to find the Fit we wanted with specific optional features. He was very understanding and really tried to give us the best deal he could. After we got home with the car we had a few concerns and Eddie as well as the rest of the staff we dealt with really showed great customer service. Always treated us with respect, helped us with an exchange and always wanted us to leave with a smile on our faces. Great Customer Service is best measured in how individuals handle issues and they handled them perfectly. We are happy with our purchase and really enjoyed the time spent with Eddie Williams and with the two employees we met with in Finance: Hank Lockett (who is really funny!) and William Anderson (who is extremely efficient and organized, which we really appreciate). Wesley willing to show us car at a late hour Wesley was such a blessing to us. My director and I came to the dealership the first time close to closing time on Superbowl Sunday. The first sales person we encountered said they weren't going to stay late because of the Superbowl, but gave us his card. So we left, and then went to visit other dealerships. Not finding what we were looking for, we came back to the dealership the next Sunday, again, close to closing time. This time we encountered Wesley, and he showed us exactly the car we had been looking for! He didn't even hesitate or look at his watch. He gave us his information, and we called him the next day to start closing on the car. He was friendly and there was absolutely no pressure felt. Thank you Wesley for being so awesome. We love you! Complication during oil change I took in my 2007 Honda Pilot in for an oil change. This was the second time I brought it to them for an oil change and I was informed my oil drain pl I took in my 2007 Honda Pilot in for an oil change. This was the second time I brought it to them for an oil change and I was informed my oil drain plug was stripped. I asked why it wasn't identified last time and the service manager said it had many oil changes before and it must have worked it's way loose. We had a disagreement concerning the cause. After some discussion, a resolution was reached. I am very happy as a result of the agreed-upon resolution. Thank you Priority Honda management. More
Great customer service until they have your money I went there to buy a used car on Friday and rolled it over to Saturday morning. Bought the car and said Id come back to get it cause I was on a motor I went there to buy a used car on Friday and rolled it over to Saturday morning. Bought the car and said Id come back to get it cause I was on a motorcycle. They couldn't get my car in because service closed so they have me a loaner. Fine and dandy, then Monday never heard from them even after texting my salesman. 4pm roles around and is rove there and am told it's gonna be an hour. 2 hours later asked for a manager, the sales rep I asked come back out and explained what the manager said I can get a loaner and come back in an hour or tomorrow. When is it customary for a manager to not go talk to an mad customer???? No one bothered helping me the two hours I was there including the manager. Customer service was great until they have your money then you are back burner material. Honestly more upset with the managers then anyone else. More
