He's very knowledgeable in his field, and took a lot of time to answer our questions and show us the great new features and technology Honda has to offer. I fully believe Richard was as excited about my Daughter's first new car as we were! He will make your car buy experience one to celebrate. Richard took time to show us the customer waiting area (for future service visits), amenities (Starbucks coffee machine) the 'quiet' room and gave us a quick look at the service department which was amazingly clean. I'm always impressed with clean service departments. If a dealership is meticulous about their service environment - you know they will also be meticulous servicing your car. Thanks Eddie & Priority for extraordinary customer service! I came to Priority by tow truck, and wasn't sure whether to fix or replace my very high mileage 1994 Accord. While waiting for my ride, Eddie Williams I came to Priority by tow truck, and wasn't sure whether to fix or replace my very high mileage 1994 Accord. While waiting for my ride, Eddie Williams, our sales rep, saw me looking over the vehicles on the lot and engaged me in conversation. He showed me a few vehicles close up even though at that point I wasn't really shopping. I could tell he was excited about the cars. Because of his friendly approach, when I determined that replacement was the right direction, my wife and I came back to Priority and asked for Eddie. He really bent over backwards to help pick out the right car and feel comfortable about our decision. He was very knowledgeable about the differences between the several models we were interested in and helped us try out all the various features (as well as road test each). He was very patient as we made up our minds and made us feel at ease. Since the car we picked would not be ready for delivery right away, we were provided with a car until it was. We feel that Priority really treated us well and look forward to a long relationship with them. Thank you Eddie! More
