My 2011 Black Honda Accord, was vandalized on Oct. 1, 2022, it has been at the Mercury Blvd. location since Oct. 11, 2022. The part needed for replacement has a chip and they said it should be in by 1, 2022, it has been at the Mercury Blvd. location since Oct. 11, 2022. The part needed for replacement has a chip and they said it should be in by December.. No part January, no part, February no part and now they say March. I need transportation and I feel like I am getting the run around. I am on a fixed income and the caregiver for my disabled daughter. I have to rely on others for transportation. I feel like I am getting the run around, I need transportation!!! I will be sending this e-mail to the General Manager, BBB, Channel 10 and 3 Investigative Reporters. More
