Service/oil change I scheduled my appointment a week ahead of time for routine maintenance. I arrived at my scheduled 930 am appointment time and I was told one hour it I scheduled my appointment a week ahead of time for routine maintenance. I arrived at my scheduled 930 am appointment time and I was told one hour it is now 1240 pm and no one has acknowledged me at all. I asked one of the reps here how much longer and she said not to much longer. I guess not since I have been here for 4 hours already. Very bad customer service. More
