But truly they made me a believer because I drove off the lot in a 2014 Nissan Altima with 24,000 miles on it. They made me a believer. I would have given the dealership a 5 star rating but there was an issue with my hard plates not being there when I arrived. I live in VA Beach so driving to Hampton is time consuming. John Figueroa made it right by bringing my hard tags to my job in VA Beach the next week. In addition I noticed once I removed the plastic from the floor board there was no floor mat on the front passenger's side and the windows were not fully detailed as the residue from the sticker price and the sticker that shows make, model mileage and vin# was left on the windshield. I would recommend John Figueroa as a salesman and intend to use him for my next vehicle purchase. More
