Registration/ tags I purchased a vehicle in July and still have not received my hard plates due to continuing errors/ lack of paperwork completion.I am registered in NC, I purchased a vehicle in July and still have not received my hard plates due to continuing errors/ lack of paperwork completion.I am registered in NC, however, they just mailed out VA plates.( my 3rd set of plates).... My name was put in incorrectly even after issuing copy of my lisence twice. I have called every week since my 2nd set of plates and drove out to dealership twice and still the issue has not been resolved. I feel as if I am getting the run around and I believe I deserve better service. I purchased a car from priority in the past and did not have this issue( I purchased from the Greenbriar center)... It would be nice if they would just find the problem and work towards fixing it instead of passing the blame and still leaving the customer dissatisfied. This purchase has really been an inconvenience and I do not plan to purchase from this center EVER AGAIN!!!! More
