Best car buying experience ever! When my car broke down my father referred me to Priorty Honda. When I was introduced to Mr Figueroa, my sales rep, he was immediately very understandi When my car broke down my father referred me to Priorty Honda. When I was introduced to Mr Figueroa, my sales rep, he was immediately very understanding of my credit situation. He wasn’t pushy and was very honest about some of the challenges I may face in my journey. Not once did he try to put me in a vehicle that I didn’t like or want and he took his time, allowing me to view/test drive a few cars before I made my decision. When I found the car I wanted, Mr Figueroa went to work immediately, kept me informed throughout the entire process and even took me to the “Quiet room” where I was able to sit in the massage chairs while I waited. Once the purchase was complete, Mr Figueroa had my car cleaned inside and out and even filled up my tank. Having purchased several cars over the years, I must say this has been the best experience by far. Mr John Figueroa is highly recommend by me. I certainly hope he’s still eager to do business when I decide to make my next purchase. More

He even went the extra mile and gave me written information on ways to go about rebuilding my credit. Most salesman solely purpose is to seal a deal but with John he focused on everything from what you can and cannot afford and ways to determine that to sealing the deal. Very few salesman educate you entirely on everything prior to meeting you but John did just that. Because of John I give Honda Priority 5 stars. More
