Horrible If I could leave zero stars I would. I contacted the dealership about a specific car I saw on their site asking if it was available they told me it wa If I could leave zero stars I would. I then attempted to contact them to see if the financing was approved or not as they didn’t get back to me for hours. I then was text personally by one of their finance people saying they were working on the financing for me for the car I was wanting to get. Then I attempt to reach out again after a few hours & didn’t hear anything back for 5 more hours which when they contacted me asking me to call at my earliest convenience so I call to just to be told that the used car guy isn’t around and that he’ll call me soon. Mind you this is at 7pm & their dealership was open until 9pm. Didn’t hear anything back at all then the next day I contact them again & they tell me to wait till 1pm to call a specific sales manager. So out of curiosity I go onto their site to see that the specific car I was looking at was no longer posted. I then contact them again asking them if it was sold & they said “oh sorry I thought Jeff told you it was sold” So all this time that Jeff was supposedly working on the paperwork for me to purchase this specific car they were really selling the vehicle to a different person. Absolutely STAY AWAY from this dealership they’re horrible. More

High Pressure on Senior Citizens  Back in 2017 my 80 ur old mother leases a car with the assistance of a co-signer. My mother has not missed any payments on her 2017 leased Honda.  Back in 2017 my 80 ur old mother leases a car with the assistance of a co-signer. My mother has not missed any payments on her 2017 leased Honda. Her co-signer recently took steps to reorganize her finances. This legal process places companies in a position where they have to petition the courts for any further collection or repossession activity. In February, my mother stops by Priority Honda at 4115 West Mercury Blvd, Hampton Va and runs into Sales Person , Scotty Gregoire. Mr. Gregoire or someone at Priority Honda proceeds to tell my 80 year old mother ,that due to your -Co-Signers legal procedures, Honda Finance is going to reposes your vehicle ?in 3 days?. ( Again, she has not been late on any payments)   Obviously she is panicked. The Salesman, Gregoire , continues to tell my mother that she is going to loose the car and the only option is to purchase a new car. Then Priority says they going to roll over the remaining balance from the lease car into the new car. Essentially making the car $650 per month ($38k for a 28k car) While my mother is sitting in with the Finance Manager, Wes Hodges, signing paperwork, She had 2 members from her church in the office with her and her 79 yr old cousin on the phone trying to talk her out of signing the paperwork today and let’s review this issue the next day. However the pressure continued. My 80 yr old mother was sold on the idea of buying a new car was a solution to avoiding repossession of her old car. Again, High Pressure and taking advantage of Senior Citizens is one way Priority Honda sells cars. More
