Extra mile I bought a used Honda Pilot from the dealership. Originally, I was told that, because the vehicle was used, I was not eligible to attend the "class" I bought a used Honda Pilot from the dealership. Originally, I was told that, because the vehicle was used, I was not eligible to attend the "class" they hold at the dealership to explain car features. Two weeks after the purchase I needed to go in for a service. I decided to pull the car around and see if a new car salesman would help me. Scott Gregoire took the time to sit with me, walk me through Apply Play, explain features of the car, etc. He was amazing. He sat with me for about half an hour and was not rushed at all to get me moving. Not sure what to say about the used car area, but if you go to but a new car I'd ask for Scott. Also, Jeff in service was great to work with! More

This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Mr Figueroa & I have yet to be disappointed. Worst customer Service I purchase a 2019 Honda CRV in august from the dealership. When I purchase the car, I was only given 1 key because the dealership couldn't find the ot I purchase a 2019 Honda CRV in august from the dealership. When I purchase the car, I was only given 1 key because the dealership couldn't find the other key because they had to get the car from the honda in chesapeake due to the color I wanted. A couple of weeks later after I received the car, I was able to start and drive the car without the key being in the car. I reported the incident to the salesman to contact service to see if they could get me a appointment because when I called they did't have any available appointment for 2 weeks out. My salesman never returned my call about my issue with the car. 3 weeks later, my car was stolen and my key was not in the car. I do not understand how this happen with a push to start car. They was able to recover my vehicle and the dealership is giving me the run around because no one has answers to why this happen to my car. They said it was a corporate issue but when I called corporate they said it was dealership issue because the dealership should have reprogram my key to the car before I left the dealership. The customer service is horrible. They keep giving me the run around instead of dealing with this problem. More

My attorney suggested that I reach out to John and I am so glad that I did. I gave John a call and let him know the make and model of the car that I was interested in and he assured me that I'd be able to get into the car of my choosing without a crazy interest rate. We set an appointment to meet- I arrived at the dealership at 10 am and was out with all the paperwork done by 1 pm. I was in the exact car that I wanted and was shocked that the interest rate that I was approved for was much lower than I had anticipated. Give him a call!! More
