Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and to the point. Asked me what I was looking and put me in the car I was looking for and the payment I asked for. I’ve bought several cars from another dealers point. Asked me what I was looking and put me in the car I was looking for and the payment I asked for. I’ve bought several cars from another dealership locally and there was a ton of back and forth with the finance department and the salesperson. This makes buying a vehicle not very pleasant. The experience at priority Honda and with John was quick and precise. In and out in a reasonable amount of time. I am now a priority customer for life. More
John is the best that's out there. At first I thought it would be like all of the other dealers that's out here just trying to make a quick sale but thats not Jon. He was helpful from start to finish. He pr would be like all of the other dealers that's out here just trying to make a quick sale but thats not Jon. He was helpful from start to finish. He previously help one of my family members that was in the same situation as I was so it was only natural for me to choose him. I would definitely recommend him if your trying to purchase to car. Best Car buying experience I've ever had and that's coming from someone in an open bankruptcy. Mr. Figueroa is amazing!! Because of my situation I wasn't expecting much, however I knew I needed some coming from someone in an open bankruptcy. Mr. Figueroa is amazing!! Because of my situation I wasn't expecting much, however I knew I needed some type of transportation...I went online and found a review about him and this program and shot him and he responded pretty fast I didn't even want to go into the dealership until I knew I could get financed because I just didn't think I could without a huge down payment, payments that were astronomical or a piece of junk car. Once I told him the situation, he assured me that he wouldn't play games, string me along or give me false hope. I submitted my application online and once he had a company willing to work with me he set up an appointment. He came in on his day off to work with my schedule...I was in around 2pm and driving off the lot a little after 4 pm. As promised My payment was reasonable, I chose the car I wanted, a 16' rogue with around 40,000 miles and no downpayment!! It was literally unbelievable...I thank God for Mr. Figueroa and this program!! He even gave me pointers on how to increase my credit score. Go see him, he doesn't play games, no lies, and he's kind to boot!! 5 stars!! More
Not Military Friendly is to communicate to you my frustration, disappointment, and dissatisfaction, and more, with respect to Priority Honda, Hampton, VA. Priority Honda de is to communicate to you my frustration, disappointment, and dissatisfaction, and more, with respect to Priority Honda, Hampton, VA. Priority Honda demonstrates deceptive sales practices, unprofessional communication, oppressive actions and lack respect and appreciation for its customers and military members. Prior to the sales date of December 7, 2019, for a Honda Accord EX Hybrid, VIN#1HGCV3F54LA001381, I received written and verbal confirmation from Sales Representative Brian McHugh “your pending purchase of the 2020 Honda Accord is ready and have all accessories installed”, included in this pending sale is $400.00 cash, oil change and state inspections for one additional car I own for life. Upon arrival at the dealership, all promises Brian McHugh stated above changed. It is my impression Brian McHugh used deceptive sales practice to finalize sale. Currently, these paid accessories are not installed. Brian McHugh informed me that as a member of the military with my rank, “you should not be concerned with the $400.00” adding “you don’t need the $400.00”. This unprofessional communication, of a Sales Representative to inform a customer what money they need, is unusual. Brian McHugh informed me on the sales date, he is in communication with Bryant Honda, Fayetteville, NC in reference to the installation of the paid accessories, further stating Bryant Honda would call me on Monday, December 9, 2019 to schedule for an installation of the accessories. After waiting more than 20 days, on December 26, 2019 and not receiving a phone call from Bryant Honda, I taken initiative to visit Priority Honda for the purpose to inform I did not receive the promised “phone call” from Bryant Honda as Brian McHugh promised. Another example of the unprofessional communication from Priority Honda. On the sales date of December 7, 2019, during the finance portion, Mike deliberately mislead me into believing he provided me all documents needed for my vehicle registration. Specifically, Mike stated to me “You have all the documents you need to register this car in NC”. After using a vacation day visiting the North Carolina DMV, I was informed I did not have any of the required documents needed for NC DMV registration. This was stressful and frustrating, to me, that a professional organization would deliberately mislead customers. The next day, using another vacation day. I again called Priority Honda attempting to receive the needed documents. Priority Honda Sales Operations Manager Travis and myself, using my phone by means of a three-way phone call, expended several hours on the phone with NC DMV receiving different and more accurate documents information as compared to which Mike stated is needed for the registration in NC. On December 27, 2019 after waiting several hours, for a scheduled service department with Bryant Honda for the installation of the accessories, Bryant Honda informs me the installation will not/cannot go forward. Priority Honda ordered and sent incorrect accessories. I found Priority Honda incapability to order correct accessories as oppressive. An additional vacation day was used for this failed installation. Priority Honda refused to take any responsibility for this failed installation. On December 28, 2019 I spoken to Priority Honda General Manager Jim Hernandez, attempting to communicate my personal obligation as a military Profession of Arms, to inform other military members of my unprofessional and costly experience with Priority Honda. This was intending to be as a prevention mechanism. Mr. Hernandez interrupted my speaking by touting me stating “do what you got to do….I don’t care…I don’t want to talk about this problem right now…maybe next week I will talk to you”. This type of careless communication from a Honda General Manager is astonishing! It is my belief this is a profound reflection of Priority Honda and possibly more. Further, I feel Priority Honda GM and Priority Honda subordinates feel comfortable in their ease of use of unprofessional communication toward customers/military. In summary, the unprofessional communication from the Priority Honda leadership, the intentional misleading statements, the driving to different dealerships in different states, the several days of vacation days used, other resources used, added the fact I paid for accessories that are not installed, have formulated my opinion that Priority Honda places profit before people. Moreover, Priority Honda have not communicated to me any viable solutions to the installation of the accessories. All things considered; this underscores my demand for the car exchange mentioned above. Honoring this demand will help facilitate some of the loss I have incurred. Equally important, experiencing the aggravation of blatant disrespect, and lack of appreciation for members of the military, has made this a very stressful and complicated experience. As a member of the military of more than 20 years, I have never experienced a level of disrespect by a public organizational leader as Priority Honda GM Jim Hernandez. My research shows, Priority Honda receives a minimum 44% of its car sales from Hampton, VA area military. For Priority Honda to be placed on the Hampton, VA area military “do not shop” list. The lost sales would be staggering to Priority Honda and noticed by Honda Corporation in my opinion. Priority Honda is overdue for showing more appreciation, transparency, and integrity for all customers. More
