Very Unprofessional,I bought a new car last month with a rate of 2.99 from Charles Barker, was interested in a car for my wife came time to pull my credit I told and even texted my salesperson to only pull rate of 2.99 from Charles Barker, was interested in a car for my wife came time to pull my credit I told and even texted my salesperson to only pull my Equifax report once! To my Dismay they pulled it 6 times, and even went so far as to pull it through all 3 Bureaus!!! Now my score dropped even more This is Pathetic and Very Poor way to treat a Customer!! More
scheduled service experience I had a scheduled appointment for a/c check and light issue and arrived on time. Polite service advisor took info/car and told me she would check if l I had a scheduled appointment for a/c check and light issue and arrived on time. Polite service advisor took info/car and told me she would check if light issue a warranty repair. I patiently waited 1.5 hours. Then, advisor told me car a/c check not started because no a/c 'machine' available... she offered a ride somewhere but I had to return to work... and she told me she'd call me back w/new appointment and info on if light a warranty repair. She apologized and we parted on good terms... got a message for new appointment and voice mail to call back re warranty repair. I wanted a yes/no on warranty repair not a discussion, and thinking about the 1.5 hrs I wasted I became dissatisfied/annoyed. I bought a Priority Honda... and came to this Honda dealer because Priority Nissan in WBRG did not call me back to say yes/no they could handle the Honda light issue. Since my appointment was 1030 and there many people waiting for service, I'm guessing drop ins caused my failed appointment... so, why have appointments? Priority is great on free services but repairs have a 50/50 chance of being done properly... for this I'll go to American Pride where I never have any issues. More

Wesley in Finance needs help I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that helped us make the purchase of the Hyundai Sonata that he ultimately purchased a couple of week I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that helped us make the purchase of the Hyundai Sonata that he ultimately purchased a couple of weeks ago, because he was exceptional. He initially brought us out something that was more than what we were looking for for my Son’s first purchase but then got us the right one. Everything was great till we went to go to sign the paperwork with Wesley. He wasn’t too please with the fact that I inquired about the “base” price for one and was really unhappy when I thoroughly explained to my son about the warranty and asked the difference in the terms of the loan. He even went as much to be extremely dramatic to say “so you know if the engine blows up when you leave the lot you still have to pay”. I don’t know what kind of bully tactic that is supposed to be, but that is not good business. So having done that of course his response was when asked if there was any discount with purchasing the vehicle outright cash? “No discount, we get our money either way.” We finished signing the paperwork with the lesser term and no warranty and he led us back to the waiting area and were under the impression we were waiting for something else since he didn’t say we were done. We waited almost another hour. Had it not been for the salesman we worked with that saw us still there and went to check, who knows how long we would have still been waiting. There was no reason to have been waiting. I Typically recommend this dealership to people since I have had great experience here, I must not have dealt with Wesley when I purchased my car years ago. It was really hard to rate the “dealership” as a whole and not based on my experience with Wesley without damaging it so I left it unrated. More
Had a small hiccup during process but John quickly fixed it and I actually got a newer car out of it! And he tinted my windows free of charge!! I appreciate the professionalism and willingness to accommodat it and I actually got a newer car out of it! And he tinted my windows free of charge!!
