I walked in thinking I was going to go into debt for this car, but I walked out happy with the fact I had to buy a new car! I am 75 years of age and my experience with Priority has far exceeded my expectations. My first car when dating Elaine in 1965 was a 55chevy that i bought for $100. Fast forward to 2017 when I left Williamsburg to meet your Daunte Moore and together with Brian McHugh they came thru and delivered my 2017 Honda EX-l. All service visits were a pleasure and when the time came 2 years later to replace Elaine's 350Z I reached out to Brian and Austin Belardi. Yep, this time we bought the 2019 Honda EX-L. Every visit for service was exceptional; notably in Nov 2019 my started failed for no apparent reason on my 2017 model. The vehicle was towed to your dealership and within a few days was ready. Jose Becerra took care of us and reinforced my favorable opinion of Priority. A week ago we went in for a simple service call when I realized the state inspection would be due the following month. Donna Meeks came thru and got Johhny O to delay his lunch and do our inspection. What service! In our lifetime we owned many cars most of which were Nissans and purchased new. The staff at Priority Honda Hampton was extremely courteous, straight forward, and a pleasure to work with. The professionalism of Jason S., Keith M., & Derek H. was indescribable. I made two trips to the dealership and was treated with respect and kindness during each visit (making the purchase on the 2nd visit). The “congratulations” team at the end was a great touch, too…lol. I asked a ton of questions and at no time did anyone seem impatient or frustrated. In addition, the Priority Honda training program must be solid because Jason was knowledgeable about specifications, features, etc. Solid team, overall! More
I had a flat tire on my 2020 Honda Passport which I purchased from Priority last year. John Figueroa was wonderful when I purchased the vehicle and when I called him about my tire he scheduled an appo purchased from Priority last year. John Figueroa was wonderful when I purchased the vehicle and when I called him about my tire he scheduled an appointment for me with Michael Zeno. I took my Nissan Rogue in for an oil change today. My wife made the appointment. When I got to the service department, Donna Meeks was helping me. She checked the computer and did not find my appointment. My wife had made the appointment at another Priority location. I told Donna I would leave and come back later. She said no worries and took my car in. She was very busy at the time. I can't thank her enough for helping me out. I teach customer service at a local community college and Donna is my new example of what great customer service looks like. Thank you Donna for taking care of my car and making me feel good about a mistake I made. I will always bring my car back to PHH and will ask for Donna. I am a customer of life!! Gary Randall More
