Purchased a 2022 Honda CRV. Did not get a very good deal on the price but purchased it anyway. Took hours to do paperwork so I had to rush home as I had an appointment. Next morning getting paperwork from car I see a blue tag on glove compartment door . I WAS CHARGED $4,000. ADJUSTED MARKET VALUE. $199. FOR NITROGEN... This sticker was not on the car when I drove it Saturday .Never saw window sticker as this car was taken off the truck while I was there. Picked it up Monday . WOULD NEVER HAVE PURCHASED IF I HAD KNOWN OFF THIS ADD ON. I traded in a car with 42000 miles perfect condition so it was not that I needed a car right then. I am a female senior citizen and feel I was taken advantage of with being inexperienced in buying a car. I have been making phone calls to the dealership for 3 weeks but still have not gotten any satisfaction .Have checked several other dealerships and none are adding on .$$$$$$. IF YOU NEED A CAR RIGHT NOW DO NOT GO TO PRIORITY. More

John was great with helping me after I filed bankruptcy. I had a car but was filing it in the bankruptcy and needed to get another one so I could still get back and forth to work. At the same time, I neede I had a car but was filing it in the bankruptcy and needed to get another one so I could still get back and forth to work. At the same time, I needed something with 3 row seats because I have a big family. There was nothing in my budget on the lot, but John didn't give up. He called me as soon as he found something. He even went across the water to pick the car up for me. Even though the interest rate is high, I got what I want and need. I know I can get it lowered later. John also offered to help me write letters to the credit bureaus to get stuff removed that didn't automatically wipe away after the discharge. I would do it all over again as long as I have John as my car salesman. Thanks John. You're great!!! P.S. He didn't leave my side until it was time to drive away in my new car! More
I feel bad for the rating of this review because the sales agent and some other staff went out of their way to make this experience of purchasing our daughter a new car after she was hit and her car wa sales agent and some other staff went out of their way to make this experience of purchasing our daughter a new car after she was hit and her car was totaled top notch and they actually deserve a five star review. Unfortunately after having the car for only 20 days the touch screen to include the radio and Bluetooth has went out and after reaching out the the service & sales manager we were told sorry we can’t do anything to help you? It is basically a safety issue to have a teenage daughter driving around without Bluetooth. Not that I expected it to be fixed for free but anything would have helped. If I bought a computer at a store and it stop working 20 days later they would replace it 🤷♀️. I am very disappointed about this experience since the actual purchase experience was so amazing I guess I was just very let down. More
After Covid and losing my long term job, I had to file bankruptcy and start over. I also needed a new car that wouldn’t cause me maintenance issues. Not an easy task to get. Well John got it done for me , I pulled out in a new Accord Sport. Six months after my discharge and getting my car I had worked on my credit with a repair company and also established new lines of credit and right at the six month mark I was contacted by Capital One and refinanced my car at 6.25 % and saved well over $100 a month. John’s program got me in the car I wanted even though the rate was slightly high, but I knew with the right work in 6-12 months I could get it refinanced , I am thankful for the program John has , it was easy and prompt and made me feel good during a bad time !! More

James was prompt! The moment I pulled into the garage, James was at my car to greet me and take my information. There was no guessing what to do once in the garage. Honestly, the first time I have had tha James was at my car to greet me and take my information. There was no guessing what to do once in the garage. Honestly, the first time I have had that level of customer service at Priority Service Center. James was also efficient while maintaining a kind and polite rapport. Usually when you enter the service center, the Advisors are less than sympathetic and treat you like you’re just a number. It almost deters you from coming in for the free services (oil change & inspections). If you head to Priority Service Center, be sure to ask for James C. The Service Department wouldn’t have my business if it weren’t for Joe Diggs. I purchased my used vehicle in 2019. Even though the car has not needed any major repairs, Joe has always been available when issues arise! Thank you James and Joe! More
