I finally got hold of Keith the sales manager after 2 wks waiting for his call back. His solution was to call Jim Hernandez, general manager. I have called him twice and left messages but am still waiting for him to call back. .The only way to solve my problem is TO RETURN THE SNEAKY OVERCHARGE OF $4000. Then they need to be upfront to their next customer about this charge instead of putting a sticker on the glove compartment after the sale which is what happened to me.
