What a great experience. From start to close we were treated with respect and had all of our questions answered quickly and accurately. Anthony Stanley was our salesman and he guided us to the perfect car. After the numbers were given, Rachel came in with the "extras" and was quick and efficient and NOT pushy! That's always a plus! Then came the finance man, John. He was great, explaining the road side and key replacement program (a must) and keeping us relaxed as we finalized the paperwork. My parents also purchased a CRV from Anthony a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. Thanks everyone! More
Horrible Experience - DO NOT SHOP HERE I have been to multiple dealerships in the area and have never been treated so harshly as I was at Priority Honda. If you look to do any kind of solid I have been to multiple dealerships in the area and have never been treated so harshly as I was at Priority Honda. If you look to do any kind of solid negotiating from the invoice price, you will be treated horribly. I asked for a base model CR-V and they presented me a base model with 3 dealer add-ons. I repeatedly stated that I did not want the add-ons, as they increased the cost by nearly $500. I asked to see a model without the add-ons and they said that all the CR-V's have the add-ons. Their technique is then to tell you how great their Priority services are (free oil changes/state inspections/guarantee on the engine) and will tell you that the increased cost is worth it. When I stated that free oil changes do not sway me to pay more for the car, the manager wrote in Sharpee on the paper "NO OIL CHANGES" and stated that if I buy the car, I won't get them because "they don't matter to me". What a joke. The salesman that stood out the most was Bill Laterum. He began the conversation by calling me "Mr. Invoice" and cursed multiple times throughout the conversation. He said I should be happy with the sticker price. When I told him that I did not believe that they wouldn't make any money selling the car at invoice, he repeatedly asked me if I was calling him a liar. He was by far the most childish dealer I have ever experienced. Do not shop at this dealer if you plan on doing any solid negotiation. Remember people, start at the invoice price and work up! Do not start at the MSRP and work down! More

Went in for a state inspection and left with a $400 bill to replace 1 motor mount. Upon inspecting the motor mount they supposedly replaced (front passenger), it appears that it wasn't replaced at all. I'll admit I should've declined the work, but I didn't (I didn't know what I was thinking). The motor mount was either not touched or replaced with a used one because the mount is still dirty. I tried calling my SA, but they never returned my phone calls. I think I'll do my own service now (even though oil changes are free) and go to an independent shop for bigger jobs. Make sure you ask to show you what's "broken" before any payment. That's one thing I regret. Your experience may be different , but mine left me with an uneasy feeling of being duped. I should've went with my gut feeling, but I didn't...should've, would've, could've. Lesson learned. More

It was late at night when I drove the car off the lot and because I was scheduled to come back to have my under carriage coated I did not ask for a 2nd key to the vehicle that night. One would think I ask these greedy jerks to cure some incurable disease. I was told the car did not have a 2nd key and if I wanted one I should have made it known the night I signed the purchase agreement. Run! Do not go and give your hard earned money to these jerks. They will put on a friendly, courteous front until you signed on the dotted line after that they will act if will certainly make it known to you they don't really owe you anything further.(Per sales manager) The worst purchasing experience. And the sad thing is you would think I paid dirt cheap for the car.I didn't! I paid the NADA retailed value for the car. Go to elsewhere if you want to be valued as a customer and not just your dollars! More

He is competent, response all the requests with patience, not trying to sell you a car you don't like, don't talk too much, don't annoying customer. Cale was very nice and ready to help. He reduced the price to the acceptable level and didn't try to cheat. I'm very happy with the services provided. The Business manager John Rooney was also very competent and did his job very quick and answered all the questions. That was my first experience with Priority Honda and I'm very happy with it. Also the services Priority provide to maintain you vehicle in the future are very good. Hopefully my next experiences with this dealership will be the same. It looks like the dealership has a very good leadership team who organize the work process very well and hire the right people! May God Bless these people abundantly for their attitude to their work! It was a pleasure to have a business with them. More

We were told :it can take up to 3 weeks and here we are. Our pilot is past due and this past Monday we finally received the title info which only means we officially now have TWO car payments. But you know that they would have expected our payments in a timely manner or else the tow truck would be in our driveway in a snap! So our holiday season is looking a little dim with $1500 in car payments due by mid December. I honestly expected more from a dealership this size, I mean you see priority license plate brackets all over the place right?! Oh, and the odessey is being leased so one woiuld assume this would have made this whole process run smoother since in 3 years you would think they would want us to return the odessey and lease or purchase another vehicle thu them. Sadly we felt that we had no choice but to file a claim with honda corporate in hopes of getting this matter resolved, since phone calls from priority honda were never returned and the finance manager referred to waiting on the funds as a "waiting game". No, my husband's credit getting ruined is not a game and nor is the money owed to us. Only plus has been our sales guy Adam who was great and the service department. More

He was informed, not pushy, helpful and at Let me start out by saying that the only thing positive about our experience was the Salesman, Danny Lopez. He was informed, not pushy, helpful and attentive. However, the rest of the experience was the worst. First of all we were promised a quick transaction that ended up taking nearly five hours. Then the finance person, Brandon, was not knowledgeable and could not answer our questions and referred us to the manager who was patronizing and condescending in responding to our questions. We almost walked out in the middle of that conversation but we were too eager to get out of there. Weeks went by and we never received paperwork from either the financing institution or Priority concerning payments , etc. It was two days before our first payment, we surmised, would be due and still no word and my phone calls and emails were not returned. I did everything possible to get this transaction in order with no help from the dealership. The finance person, Jerome, promised to return my calls and did not so I called what I thought was the proposed financing agency and they had no record of our transaction. In one instance that I did get the finance person , Jerome, on the phone he gave the excuse for all the delay in getting our paperwork in to the finance company as their "being backed up." Eventually we did hear from the corporate dealership office with a letter informing us that we would be turned over to collections if our payment was not made within five days!!! We would be turned over to collections, mind you, when we had done everything possible to get this straightened out!!! I was so angry and did get the finance person on the phone again and really let him know what I thought about the whole transaction. To top this whole bad experience off , we were informed during the purchasing process that our personal property tax would be due next June as usual. We made the purchase this June 2015. However, we just got a bill from the city of Chesapeake on Oct. 12 informing us that our property tax was due by October 29!! And it was a large amount! I have already informed this dealership that we would never purchase from them again because of this experience and that we would be turning our leased car in just as soon as our obligation was met. I hate to write bad reviews but this last thing with the personal property tax was just too much. There are other dealerships that are much better informed and better at servicing their customers so we will be looking for one of those next time. More

DON'T DO IT If you are looking for a new Honda, don't go to this dealership. I was at the dealership from 3:00 until closing when I purchased my CRV. I was aske If you are looking for a new Honda, don't go to this dealership. I was at the dealership from 3:00 until closing when I purchased my CRV. I was asked to pre-pay the first month's lease payment, something I have never been asked to do by any other dealership. I purchased the car on July 27 and assumed the pre-paid payment was for the month of August. Wrong! I was just informed by Honda Financial that I am responsible for the entire month of July even though I only had the car for three days during that month. Yes, I should have examined the lease agreement a bit closer, but at 9:00 p.m., after sitting at the dealership for six hours, I guess my assumption they were trustworth was incorrect. I was not told I would be paying for the entire month of July to drive the car for three days during that momth. That being the case, even a moron would have waited until August 1 to make the purchase. They were slow in paying off an existing load I had on the car I traded in and when they finally did pay if off, they overpaid by almost $500.00. It took a month to have the overpayment refunded. As for the service department, I had an remote starter installed by the dealership. Their shuttle service was supposed to give me a ride home. That never happened. I waited the five hours it took for the installation, then receive a call on my cell phone telling me I could come and pick up my car. Interesting, since I was still in the waiting area. The person who showed me how to use the remote had no idea how it worked. The dealership as a whole seems unorganized, understaffed, and worried more about making a sale than making sure the customer is informed and satisfied. Never before have I filed a complaint with the BBB, but believe me when I say, this time I will. I can say without reservation that this is the last car I will every purchase from Priority. The CRV is a great car, but I am sure you can find a more reputable dealership. More
