Buyers' Beware Priorities for Life Warranty is too good to be true! Never been treated so poorly in my life! Priorities for Life Warranty is a joke, the salespeople lie about what you get when you purchase your car from them. They tell you that you can take it to any Priority dealership for work, and rush you through the signing. Then when you need an engine they let you know you've voided the warranty by taking it to a Priority dealership outside of the selling dealership, and they're really sorry about it. After fighting for what should have happened in the first place they decided to warranty my engine, however, with a used engine. They passed me off to a very brave employee who wasn't afraid to treat me poorly. He had no update for me, ever, he avoided my phone call, and wouldn't call me back. Obviously, they were bitter about the fact that I yelled at one of their managers for trying to deny an engine warranty. So I guess they treated me how they thought I deserved. I don't feel confident with the work done on the car and intend to trade it in at a Casey Dealership when the time is right and hopefully before this engine gives up on me. I hope they stop trying to screw people out of their warranties, sad business they're in. More
If you purchase a vehicle from Chesapeake priority i will guarantee that at every inspection they will find something wrong and it will always cost 40 to 60 dollars and if you don't pay it gets rejected the guarantee that at every inspection they will find something wrong and it will always cost 40 to 60 dollars and if you don't pay it gets rejected then they make you wait longer to inconvenience you. Most of the workers here are super nice but a lot are rude,inconsiderate and just act like they are doing you a favor. Place is a xxxxx joke More
Liars. ..said we couldn't get our trade in back because it was sold. Fast forward 3 weeks we get a call from Honda who informs us we did make our payment. ..said we couldn't get our trade in back because it was sold. Call them again, now they claim our car was sold on March 7 it was middle of February when they traded a piece of crap car. Went in for a different car since they again claimed it was sold. They lied yet again. They wanted us to lie to the new finance company that we took procession of a new car that we did not have in our possession. Called today no record in the DMV that the old car was taken out of our name and the new one wasn't registered in our name either. Police recommend filing a civil suit against the company! Guess we'll see you guys in court. More
Worst car shopping experience ever. We agreed on a price only to be given paperwork to sign where price was $500 higher. After I questioned it, it was explained that Honda had raised their prices! No further explanation and as I continued to question how Honda had raised the price while I was at the Dealership the sales manager got super defensive and told me how well he sleeps at night! I didn't purchase the car, this place is slimy. More
Scammers. Told me that they could not program the key to my Honda Civic, that the whole computer system needed to be replaced, and I needed $380 in additional repairs to program the key. Charged me for a key that turned out to not even be the right key for my vehicle, a total waste of $90. Service advisor was rude and unprofessional. I later confirmed with a locksmith who specializes in programming car keys that the key they sold me was not the proper key for my vehicle. he was able to program one of his keys to my car with no issues whatsoever, and no additional repair. When I called to speak to someone regarding the issue, I was referred to a manager that was rude, and unprofessional. This company prides themselves on putting customers first, but the way this situation was handed was a disgrace. I was in earlier in the week prepared to by a $26,000 car from this company, and I service my cars here often, but sadly, Priority Honda has lost my business for life. More
We have been a loyal customer to the Priority Auto Group since 2009 and are a military family (wife and I both retired military). Prior to my last visit to buy our daughter a new CRV we had bought 4 new ve since 2009 and are a military family (wife and I both retired military). Prior to my last visit to buy our daughter a new CRV we had bought 4 new vehicles (3 Honda, 1 Ford) from Priority. Working with our salesperson was good but our problem came when the Sales manager came over during price negotiations. When I asked about lowering the market adjustment ($3500) or the possibility of other discounts (Military) she stated "We don't care if you have bought twenty cars from us, there will be no adjustments to the price or any other discounts applied to this vehicle!" I did buy the vehicle because my daughter's grandparents wanted her to have this specific vehicle. If they were not involved I would have just walked out the door. Needless to say Priority has lost our business for good. We will not buy another vehicle from them, matter of fact two other families that are close friends of ours that have bought multiple vehicles from Priority will no longer use them. Bottom line is Priority wants your loyalty but when it comes time for them to show theirs they tell you to pack sand! Brian F More
