Worst service I have ever received. These people do not care about their customers. We bought a used minivan and it wasn’t until after they took our down payment and the title for our tr These people do not care about their customers. We bought a used minivan and it wasn’t until after they took our down payment and the title for our trade that they informed us the van wasn’t ready for pick up. They had had a week to get it ready, but it hadn’t been touched. Now, 3 days later, on the day it was promised, we can’t get a call back, there is no information to be had. The managers don’t care, there has been no attempt to even return our phone calls. We’re having to go in and fight to get our title and payment back because at this point, it’s just not worth the hassle. We finally spoke with the general manager who didn’t offer an apology for our poor experience or make any attempt to rectify the situation. If this is how you treat a small sale, you can rest assured that when we’re ready for a brand new car, we will not be coming to you. More
