Took our golf in for brakes and and less than three weeks later I’m paying even more than the original price of repair due to their failure to do the job and inspection of the work efficiently. I’m very disa later I’m paying even more than the original price of repair due to their failure to do the job and inspection of the work efficiently. I’m very disappointed to say the least. It could have been prevented. I discourage anyone from giving this dealership or service department business. There are plenty of other VW dealerships in the metroplex. More

THIS FANTASTIC, HONEST , AND VERY TRUSTWORTHY OPERATION , HELPED IN MORE WAYS THAN THERE ARE KEYS ON THIS KEYBOARD . OUR FAMILY WAS IN DEBT ON A BRAND NEW CAR BY 33k . Principle VW service center is wonderful to work with. The sales dept is not. Ive owned a VE my entire life (eye roll) but the folks in the service center are great. I bought a Mercedes from Principle in Irving three days before Christmas. It is February 27 and I still don’t have my title and registration. They didn’t return two of my phone calls.
