Bought l the car had a good price. I drove off with it and the engine light came on so I called up my salesman and he told me to bring it back and they fixed everything for me without I drove off with it and the engine light came on so I called up my salesman and he told me to bring it back and they fixed everything for me without a charge. They did take a couple days to get the issue fixed but other than that great customer service lacking a little bit on the communication part but overall a good experience. Friendly, clean transparent with the recommendations, time frame is peak not to long, my advisor is always in contact incase they feel that the time frame has surpassed their expectations, for me it’s no time frame is peak not to long, my advisor is always in contact incase they feel that the time frame has surpassed their expectations, for me it’s no problem I’m in teams meetings half the time anyway. I would recommend Principle Volkswagen with a caveat - once you get into Service, everyone is great and we've never had a problem with Service. I like the video from the mechanic showing and detailing wha once you get into Service, everyone is great and we've never had a problem with Service. If you can finally get to a point to leave a message, they are never returned. More
