The car arrived quickly. The only issue was the car arrived with moderate paint damage. But BMW of San Antonio helpfully sent me cash to cover the majority of the paint damage, so that’s good. There are still a few gravel dings here or there, including chips in the windshield that should have been reported to me before payment, but overall I’m satisfied. A few days later I took my vehicle to get washed and the service department scratched the hood of my vehicle. A salesman helped me as Mr. Garcia was off that day but he was available by phone and assured me he would assist in getting it taken care of. Before I left, I had an appointment for the next week. When the work was done my vehicle looked like new again. Mr. Garcia went out of the way to make sure I was taken care of and was being assisted while he was off. His customer service was above and beyond the norm. I would recommend him to others in the market to purchase a BMW. More

Lisa was extremely helpful and very friendly. I loved that she didn’t make me feel like she was trying to push me into a deal or into something I didn’t need. She was very straight forward and never made me feel pressured. Any questions I had, she was just a text or phone call away! I would tell my friends and family to go to her when they are looking for a new vehicle. Bradburn in financing was always very helpful and friendly. He did a good job at explaining the options and he made the whole process fast and painless. There were so many cars in stock to choose from, you can find a car with the options you want.
