Terrible communications. They do not return phone calls or even listen to their own voice mail. Theresa did a great job. Made it easy I was having difficulty working with my local BMW dealer. I went on line and found BMW of San Antonio. I inquired about the car I was interested in. I was having difficulty working with my local BMW dealer. I went on line and found BMW of San Antonio. I inquired about the car I was interested in. Theresa Vincent called me within the hour and advised what she had and what my options were. She spent several days trying to locate the color I wanted and due to the scarce inventory advised that she could order. I decided to lease the vehicle they had in stock. They worked with me on the trade and price and made the transaction very simple. Theresa met me half way to avoid a 6 hour drive both ways for me. Just a great job. More

She very politely advised that my 2018 640Xi Convertible required service. She then made all of the arrangements for a driver to come to my home to pick up and return my vehicle after servicing. This was so very important to me in this time of ever expanding Covid 19 coronavirus infection/contamination as I am in an extremely vulnerable position, health-wise. This was truly a "touch of class" befitting the BMW brand and brought to fruition by Ms. King. Please continue to be my service advisor Ms.King, and pass on my sincere gratitude as a long-standing, loyal BMW customer to the Service Director of BMW of San Antonio! More
Sales team and finance team were great. Had a couple of hiccups, but worked through them. However, nothing is perfect, am I right? The only downfall is that I bought used and the team responsible for detailing did a horrible job. I’m not sure if it’s because I bought at night and visibility is limited in the dark. On the surface everything looked great, however, upon closer review there was dirt/dust/ashes in all the nooks and crannies (basically all compartments that can open are dirty, no I take it back, filthy: console, video, etc.) of the vehicle. I will have to pay a couple hundred to get it cleaned to standard. With that aside my experience was pleasant. More

The service process was seamless and efficient. My only issue is that the car was delivered a bit dirty.
