My wonderful experience at BMW of San Antonio Quite a few months back I started the process of ordering an M3 through the Individual program. I met Joshua Roberts who has been amazing since day o Quite a few months back I started the process of ordering an M3 through the Individual program. I met Joshua Roberts who has been amazing since day one! Josh wasn’t even a sales man But knew everything there was to know about the individual program and the cars themselves. I changed my mind several times on which color I wanted and after a couple months of this I finally decided on the perfect color, Twilight Purple. By this time we had found out there were not going to be any allocations for me due to BMW stopping Production of the M3. Josh wrote a letter explaining my situation and asking for an allocation for me and he got it. If it wasn’t for josh I wouldn’t have my car. He has made my experience an outstanding one and I can’t wait to keep a relationship with them as i service my car there over the upcoming years. More
