Salesperson was friendly & knowledgeable. The only thing that I was not happy with was the wasted time it took. I brought in my trade in vehicle as advised. Instead of allowing me to go home & they could ju that I was not happy with was the wasted time it took. I brought in my trade in vehicle as advised. Instead of allowing me to go home & they could just call me back when completed. They had me sit for at least 2 hours. No one came to give me any updates until they saw me stand up from where they told me to sit & wait! Then after the 2 hour wait I was asked to come back the next day!! I was text the next day to let me know the trade in value & amount of payments I would have. I texted back saying I would be in after work to sign. I was advised that would be perfect. I showed up and salesperson showed me the car again & showed us how to charge the car & other helpful information When done I still had to wait another 1-1/2!! To go over information with the finance department I want to say the finance person was friendly & knowledgeable as well BUT the time between on processes is horrible No one showed us were to find water or bathrooms while waiting or cane up to offer reason for delay Mercedes Benz has much better customer service. I hope that going forward with taking in the car I purchased at this dealership that my customer experience will get better More
