Overall my experience was very good. The highlight of my experience was working with Oscar Garcia in sales. With COVID 19 going on, I was a bit skeptical about going through the buying process over text, but he was a very hard worker and respected the deal we came to over text once we were in person, no smoke and mirrors that I heard about from other dealerships. Throughout the time we spent talking about the purchase he was very respectful, patient, kind, and informative. He is a very good communicator. The finance office was also very efficent. Once I finally got to Rolando's office he worked with me quickly to find a loan term that fit what I had in mind. Overall I appreciated their walkthrough and attentiveness from start to finish. I would definitely work with them again. More
