Absolutely horrible experience. Didn’t allow me a loaner vehicle when they previously stated they would. Their explanation was that “my” insurance was blacklisted, I said I understood, but they should have vehicle when they previously stated they would. Service was good with one exception regarding one of the employee not wearing face covering when walking and talking to customer in the area where we drop off/ pickup the car. This gentleman is not my serv employee not wearing face covering when walking and talking to customer in the area where we drop off/ pickup the car. This gentleman is not my service advisor but definitely working for the dealership. Based on the photos below, it appears that he is with the Sales Dept. I am not comfortable with this and the only reason that I came in for service is because of the face covering mandatory policy. More
