The Service dept was good with setting up my maintenance appointment. When I checked in the advisor was polite and courteous, then things got a little shaky. They did not have system updated. They Gave me a quote right away of cost for oil change/air filter. I reminded advisor I had a plan covering that and he stated I could go in to speak to sales as he didn’t see my prepaid maintenance. I had go inside while they researched. They found the prepaid plan and barely apologized for the inconvenience. I jumped into loaner and went to work at hospital. When I picked up my car, advisor no where around after I text. Another person guided me to my car unwashed and couldn’t explain work done. We reviewed receipt and it was as if I was tutoring employee. This dept needs tighter specs overall. Nice facilities though. More

The service work was dissatisfactory. I bought a brand new cargo liner for my vehicle before I took it for service. When I got it back the liner was dirty with mud from their shoes. The access cover for t new cargo liner for my vehicle before I took it for service. When I got it back the liner was dirty with mud from their shoes. The access cover for the electrical was not even put back. I had to look for it under the trunk. Extremely disappointed. Not what you’d expect from a high end dealership. More
I have to say I was not impressed. When I drove up, there are a bunch of people around but no one to really help you. I must have waited 20 minutes to get someone to ask what I needed. As the day progressed, I received a video from the technician but it was not good quality so hard to understand. The service advisor did not call me to explain and when I called I was left on extended hold or the advisor would take hours to call back. When I picked up my car, again an extended wait and my driver settings were deleted or changed and no one admitted to changing it. The Honda dealership was more professionally run.
