Very Disappointed in BMW of San Antonio. I went in and got my service and my car was not washed. Then when checking out. I was just handed my keys and told your car is over there. Lastly there was a car got my service and my car was not washed. Then when checking out. I was just handed my keys and told your car is over there. Lastly there was a car in the driveway preventing me from leaving. So at that point I waited. Once it was cleared I was going to pull out and then I see it reversing to go park it a few cars from mine. I was very unhappy when I left. More

I don’t live in San Antonio but when I go to get my car serviced everything goes perfectly as planned. They take less than 4 hours, they lend me a loaner vehicle, and clean my car before it’s returned to m serviced everything goes perfectly as planned. I was given the run-around on a vehicle after they apparently gave me the incorrect (lower) price and then told me they just happened to have sold it after realizing it just so they didn't have to hon apparently gave me the incorrect (lower) price and then told me they just happened to have sold it after realizing it just so they didn't have to honor the price, but here we are over a week later and the vehicle is still on their website, but at a higher price.
