Staff is friendly but did not address all of my concerns. I made an appointment for regular brake maintenance but asked to check my tire sensor. Also asked the 1st person to check me in as well as service a I made an appointment for regular brake maintenance but asked to check my tire sensor. Also asked the 1st person to check me in as well as service advisor to check the sensor. Also texted the concern after seeing the link for my estimate and sensor wasn't mentioned. No response. Later someone told me my service advisor stepped out but my car was ready. Asked again about the sensor. They went to check. I saw he reset the tire pressure monitor (which I already explained didn't work) and never returned so I just left. Very disappointed for a BMW dealership service. More
I bought a new BMW SUV for my granddaughter in March 2024, and I must say, the gentleman who helped us, Mr. Rolando Rocha, was truly exceptional. We are extremely excited with our new BMW X1, and he mad 2024, and I must say, the gentleman who helped us, Mr. Rolando Rocha, was truly exceptional. We are extremely excited with our new BMW X1, and he made our first BMW purchase a breeze by quickly arranging a test drive, simplifying the process, and walking us through each step. He closed the deal efficiently and even took the time to thoroughly explain every feature of the vehicle to my granddaughter. Thank you, Mr. Rocha, for a fantastic experience at BMW San Antonio! More
Not very friendly at all. They tell you what you need. They offer to buy new tires and etc. Which is fine. If needed.
