Buying process was good, however BMW of San Antonio sold me a car that worked for one day then died and wouldn’t start. It’s sitting in my driveway right now undriveable. My experience was nothing but pleasurable here. I price compared for almost two weeks and they beat everyone's price by at least $10k leading me to drive three hours just to do business with them. I price compared for almost two weeks and they beat everyone's price by at least $10k leading me to drive three hours just to do business with them. Cesar Arrambide was professional, prompt, and friendly. He wasn't pushy like most salesman and went above and beyond to provide great customer service and answer all my questions. I for sure would do business with him again! More

First off, Jaun Cantu is an excellent service advisor. He has been our service advisor many times. I've bought a vehicle from this dealership and had an excellent experience. My issue (this rating) He has been our service advisor many times. I've bought a vehicle from this dealership and had an excellent experience. My issue (this rating) is with the mechanic. I made an appoint for the 60,000 mile service and asked for a loaner vehicle (excellent vehicle) for the day. Well, I picked up my vehicle and upon driving it away in the first 100 yards or so my vehicle was misfiring. A simple plug change and they didn't even test drive it afterwards? So had to turn around and bring it back which meant I couldn't get it back until the next day. This ruined my work schedule. Unacceptable for simple maintenance procedure. Quality control needs to be kicked up a notch. More

The intake service was excellent and the updates from my service advisor, Richard Marrero were frequent. This is a great facility and they seem to have well-qualified technicians for any service needed. T service advisor, Richard Marrero were frequent. This is a great facility and they seem to have well-qualified technicians for any service needed. The only disappointment is a new policy of the dealership to charge an extra 3% for credit card transactions. This is an obviously cheap move on the part of the ownership/management to boost profits at the expense of customer convenience. This is a luxury product retailer with prices to match - $500 for a battery ($200 in labor) signifies high margins that do not justify cheap practices that are common at small mom & pop shops. This is even more offensive because there is only 1 BMW dealer in San Antonio, a city of 2 million people. As a customer I feel they are simply taking advantage of me because they know I have no other option. More
