Good Morning Mr. Siller, thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to fill out our review. We are sorry to hear that you are displeased with our level of service. That is not a way we want any guest to leave our dealership. We understand that there was an issue with the shade of gray on a new wheel we ordered for you, which once in the sun we could see the difference between the new wheel and your old wheels. Once you brought this to our attention, we researched to see if there was any way to have these match without having the new wheel painted, which unfortunately BWM was unable guarantee a complete color match. We sincerely apologize for this, if we would have known prior, we would have had the conversation with you up front. We have spoken with our team to ensure we look closely at these especially on vehicles which are around the 10 year mark and older. When it comes to speediness of getting you in and out, I sincerely apologize for this and thank you for your feedback. We will continue to ensure we coach our team each opportunity we have to improve. Thank you again for your kindness and feedback while here. We sincerely apologize for missing the mark.
