We are extremely excited with our new BMW X1, and he made our first BMW purchase a breeze by quickly arranging a test drive, simplifying the process, and walking us through each step. He closed the deal efficiently and even took the time to thoroughly explain every feature of the vehicle to my granddaughter. Thank you, Mr. Rocha, for a fantastic experience at BMW San Antonio! More
Not very friendly at all. They tell you what you need. They offer to buy new tires and etc. Which is fine. If needed. That’s what the communication is for and no response just was not pleased at all with the customer service that I was given that day. expected better customer service. More
