BMWs are premium cars but this dealership lacks premium service. Service employees need monitoring as some are very rude and unhelpful. Heard complaints from two other people when checking out. I had to file a complaint as my car interior was left dirty after repair. It was not easy to get a managers attention. When I advised the person in service I was returning my car at request of the manager, his response was “What mgr, we have three?!” I was also asked to provide proof of my communication with mgr via email.My next car will not be a BMW. Sincerely expected more than carmax level service from a company that brags about being the top. Morals and ethics just are not the strong suit in San Antonio I guess. I asked specifically about the wipers and fluids being inspected. I was lied to. I know I was lied to because it has been 14 days and the rear wiper leaks water all on the inside of the trunk. This is really something that should have been addressed. While we may have been told there wasn't a warranty we were not informed of issues that would need attention within the first 14 days. Couldn't even get to 30 days. Disgusting practices. Liars, theives, and after the conversation of family with both Yvonne and Brad I wouldn't trust them with my children's safety when neither could be bothered to even want to be around their kids. I regret my previous review full of praise and hope. More
