Took my wife's 2011 x3 in for 30k service. Was told by Mike Brehm that the tires were worn and needed replacement. I was quoted $1016, so I told him to have them replaced. He also informed me that the total service work would take 1.5 hours. The work took nearly 4 hours. Then came the billing. When I went to pay my bill for the tires, the total was suddenly $2026. They had misquoted by showing me the cost of only two tires. I expressed my anger over the mistake and offered no resolution. Several calls to Carlos Cervantes, the apparent service manager, have produced no acceptable results. I received one call from Carlos indicating that he would look into it and get right back to me. That was a week ago, still no call even with several voicemails left for him. BMW North America is supposedly looking into the matter, but I have had no further contact. I own two BMW's and will be hard pressed to ever buy another if this is the kind of service level I can expect. More
It was a pleasure working with Tim Navarrete at the BMW dealership located on Airport Boulevard. I had asked Tim to look for a specific car and two weeks later he found the car of my dreams! The color I wanted and all the features I had asked for. Purchasing this vehicle was so easy the staff was so helpful and our wait was not long at all. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in driving the best car on the market. I was a Lexus fan for many years until I drove a BMW; absolutely no comparison BMW is a totally different driving experience. More
I entered the dealership and was greeted promptly by Jeff. I was very specific about two used cars which I wanted to compare with the intent to purchase one of them. I left the dealership with all my questions answered about both cars. I was provided the "best price" for the car I was most interested in purchasing. After consulting with my husband on the way home, we made a decision. I called Jeff back and made arrangements to test drive the car. He was very friendly and pointed out many features of the car as we drove. Upon returning to the dealership, I met with the finance person, wrote a check and left. The car was prepped and delivered to my house the next morning. Everything from start to finish was accomplished with ease! Car buying was made easy! More
I live 200 miles away from this dealership. After making a deal on an 2012 BMW X5d CPO with the internet manager, and getting a detailed written confirmation from the internet sales rep that the car is in e a deal on an 2012 BMW X5d CPO with the internet manager, and getting a detailed written confirmation from the internet sales rep that the car is in excellent condition, I made the trip to purchase the vehicle. To my surprise the car was not ready – exterior was not washed nor detailed, dead bees I the crevices of the front headlight. Additionally, I discovered cuts and endentation in the rear door panels. The dealer claimed that they never noticed the door panel cuts. The internet manager promised to compensate me for my troubles by paying for my gas (but he never did), repair the door interior damage and deliver the vehicle to my resident for inspection (but he never did), swap the door panels from another vehicle (but could not locate a compatible vehicle). The dealer refused to pay to replace the panels, so I offered to pay for the parts and have the dealer install the door panels. After agreeing at a new purchase price with the additional panel costs – the dealer backed off and refused to honor the agreed upon offer and refused to do the door panels' replacement. This dealer never delivered on any of the promises and handled the sale very unprofessionally! Never do business with this dealership. More

Josh was a pleasure to work with, kept me up-to-date with my order, was understanding to my selection process and took the necessary time to educate me on all my options and the ordering process. I just purchased my 2nd new BMW in 3 months from San Antonio BMW and the experience was as rewarding as the 1st. After meeting Tim after my first purchase (he was not the salesman, but I met him on a follow up visit), he gave me his card to give him a call if I was "in the market" again. 3 months later, I happened to be in the market, I called him and he remembered me instantly. I scheduled an appointment with Tim for the next day. My wife and I arrived on time and he was ready. Not exactly sure what I was looking for, Tim provided a wide range of vehicles that were within my price range. He was very patient as we scoured the lot and settled on a beautiful 2013 328i. Being a little out of my price range, Tim "worked his magic" and presented a deal that was too good to resist. He did this on one visit to the "Manager", not 10 times of "how bout this price"? Throughout the event, Tim Navarrete was very patient, never pushy, and confident that he would get me in the car that I wanted. Extremely knowledgeable about all the entire BMW line, his passionfor the product and his job was evident. This is our 7th BMW we have owned dating back to our first, a 1990 530, and Tim was familiar with the options available on that one! His inherit knowledge of BMW's underscores his love (borderline obsession) for the Ultimate Driving Machine. It was refreshing to deal with a fellow BMW enthusiast and sadly, since my garage is now full, I will not see him for a while, except in my rear-view when I am racing him to church on Sunday's. More
Let me start off by saying I am a huge advocate of excellent customer service (since that's what I do) and I have been driving BMW's all my life! This was by far, the most wonderful car-purchasing experience I have ever had! My BMW Representative Keith Schwoerke was not pushy during the selection process and left everything in my court. He is personable, friendly, charismatic, knowledgeable about BMW and most important of all, HONEST! When buying a luxury car such as a BMW, I don't want to just purchase the car and never see you again. I want a relationship with my Representative, so that way when I'm ready to purchase my next BMW - It's a smooth transition. Thank you Keith and everyone in the BMW Department for making me feel like family instead of just a customer! More

I had a positive experience with Tim. We bought a new car from Tim and I love the way he was never pushy. He shared so much of his knowledge about the car and was extremely patient with us even though my hus from Tim and I love the way he was never pushy. He even spent a great deal of time after papers were signed to go over all the controls with me.
