I was skeptic walking into the dealership because I never thought that the car that I saw online would be mine. I was a little upside down in my trade (Saab 97x 2006), however I mentioned that before I walk thought that the car that I saw online would be mine. Natalie greeted me with a very friendly Hello and a firm handshake which is ALWAYS a good thing for me when I am dealing in a professional situation.. We proceeded to sit at her desk for about 20 mins where we worked out specific details for the vehicles and she went to her manager Michale for approval. We went for a short test drive and I knew I was jumping with excitement inside but could NEVER let that be seen on the outside for fear of being too anxious for the sale. She came back to me, presented me the dealership deal with the financing that was in the ballpark of what I wanted to spend. I signed the deal, asked Michael to check on specific financing parameters (which they did) and I signed the deal, picked up the car in the next 3 days and Natalie and Frank Jiang were very informative when explining the nuances of the vehicle (which I still have not mastered>>>but it sure is fun learning) I truly appreciate their time, commitment to my needs and most of all commitment to the product they sell. I am in the business of putting on memorable experience for many people, and this rates right up there with a top notch customer service experience. I have owned many BMW's so when it was time for a new one I began looking online to save myself some time. I found the model, color and amenities I wanted on BMW of San Antonio's website. I did research on the fair price to pay and through their website was connected to Josh Barraza. I told Josh what I wanted and the price I needed to pay. (Car price haggling is one of my least favorite things to do - right next to root canal on the list.) With very minimal price negotiation we agreed on what I considered a fair price and set up a time for me to come into the dealership to buy the car. Did I mention I live in Austin? It was the most effortless car buying experience I have ever had. Josh did everything he said he would do, and got me through the process as quickly as possible. I also have to compliment Scot Carl who handled the financing part of the deal. Very friendly and professional. I will buy a car again from Josh Barraza. Friendly, knowledgable and most of all not a pushy car salesman. More

I used USAA buying car service to get a quote on a 528i, I was happy with the discount off MSRP, but I figured that the dealership would make it up on the trade-in. Boy, I was very wrong. Best buying experience and transaction ever! Bought a 2001 Z3 online, sight unseen, the car exceeded my expectations. The internet sales team was helpful, professional and friendly, stayed in touch with me the whole time through transaction and after sale. I had been looking for sometime for the perfect car , and had gotten shafted out of several potential purchases d/t being an out of town sale. Josh was great and knew I was serious about the car , enough to give me the opportunity to buy it first, despite the distance factor. I am sure they had several inquiries on this car and could have made a local cash sale but they didn't. Michael was great in setting up financing and getting me the paperwork quickly . They even sent me a bottle of wine to celebrate receiving my new Z3! I live in St Louis and bought from BMW San Antonio and I would buy from them again, really the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Car arrived looked brand new ... SO HAPPY! More
After shopping around for a new car, I just couldn't find a current design I liked better than what BMW offers. After inquiring about their internet pricing I was contacted by the SA Jeff Cartwright. We went back and forth a few times before he was able to get me a price I was happy with and I made my deposit, drove to San Antonio, and picked up the car. About a week after purchasing the car I noticed some paint defects in the front bumper. Called back my SA to see what we could do about it and drove the car back to the dealer. They were not able to fix the car to my satisfaction so I was a little irritated at this point. Thinking that my only option was to be one of those annoying causing a scene type customers that I refuse to be, I wasn't sure how to handle the situation. Then the car had a drivetrain malfunction. You have to keep in mind that the dealer doesn't make the car, they are only responsible for selling their inventory and supporting the product. I blame any and all problems on BMW, but having a quality dealer to work through the issues with is key to being happy with your purchase. Jeff and the rest of the team at BMW SA did an excellent job of bringing the car back in and getting the drivetrain malfunction resolved as well as doing an excellent job on the paint. I've never done automotive painting or paint repair myself, but I've worked plenty on modifying cars and being at body shops. I don't know how they did it, but they got rid of the pits in the paint and made it smooth and shiny like a new car. I'm very happy with the support this dealer provided and the attention that my SA, Jeff Cartwright, gave to the repair of this car. The rest of the staff I dealt with at BMW SA were also very attentive. Michael King, sales manager, Andrew Kim, Asst Service Manager, and Rodney Rice (dealership manager?). I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a BMW. Service was top notch and now that all of the issues with the vehicle have been resolved I couldn't be happier with it. If I remain in the same location then I'll definitely be using BMW San Antonio in the future. Hopefully you don't have any problems with the car, but if you do these guys will take care of you for sure. More
