BMW of San Antonio and Bob Bristol (Sales) A++++ My family and I currently live in DFW Metroplex (after living in San Antonio for 9 years). While living in San Antonio, we had purchased 3 BMW's from My family and I currently live in DFW Metroplex (after living in San Antonio for 9 years). While living in San Antonio, we had purchased 3 BMW's from BMW of San Antonio between 2004-2011. While always happy with BMW of San Antonio AND their service department, we thought that since we no longer live in SA that proximity would be a factor in our decision to purchase. What an "Eye Opening" experience. Folks, what I learned is not all BMW Dealerships are created equal. None of the Metroplex BMW dealerships I visited were in the same class of BMW of San Antonio. After I came to my senses, I contacted Mr. Bob Bristol of BMW of San Antonio. I then felt immediately comfortable and we were able to "agree to a deal" in no time. In conclusion, I did my homework (as described above) with other dealerships and can honestly claim that BMW of San Antonio and Bob Bristol will continue to have my business no matter where I live. New Customer Let me just say that I have purchased numerous vehicles throughout Texas and can definitely place the car buying experience with Mr. Jeff Cartwright Let me just say that I have purchased numerous vehicles throughout Texas and can definitely place the car buying experience with Mr. Jeff Cartwright and BMWSA at the top of my list. My search of the vehicle began several months ago when I emailed BMWSA and Mr. Cartwright responded. He was steadfast but not pushy in trying to keep me informed of specials and vehicles available. Once at the dealership Mr Cartwright demonstrated a vast knowledge of the vehicle and financial options to better serve us in our quest to own our first BMW. Having dealt with all types of car salesman, Mr Cartwright projected a very professional, honest attitude and made my wife and I feel at ease. Again I would like to commend and thank Mr. Cartwright and BMWSA for the experience and look forward to enjoying our new 328i and dealing with you all in the future. More

An experience in purchasing a car like I have never had I purchased a BMW at BMW of San Antonio last month and found this dealership to be exceptional. I initially made contact through their website and rec I purchased a BMW at BMW of San Antonio last month and found this dealership to be exceptional. I initially made contact through their website and received a reply from a sales agent, Frank Jiang, within an hour. I then set up a test drive for the upcoming weekend. Being my first BMW, I had emailed that I wanted to drive both the normal version and the diesel version, as well as see all of the three sport trim variants and the external colors. I also wanted to hear the sound system in a car with standard sound and one with upgraded sound. I am a fairly compulsive person and I know that this would take up a substantial amount of time but when I arrived Mr. Jiang had everything mapped out to maximize efficiency. Yet he allowed me as much time as I wanted so that I never felt rushed. At the end of the test drives we ended up deciding that placing an order was probably the best way to get a car with the options I wanted. When I got home I researched a fair market value for the car and proposed this offer via email. I always hate negotiating the purchase price of a car and try to do my homework to make a fair offer. Mr. Jiang responded within 24 hours and we had a deal. After signing the purchase order and placing a deposit, I was pleasantly surprised to see how much Mr. Jiang stayed involved. He sent me the official order that went to the BMW factory to verify the option list was accurate. He assisted me with getting set up on the BMW website so that I could then trace the car through its manufacture and shipping. Also, at least once a week, I received an e-mail from him to let me know of the car's status. The car arrived on a Thursday and we set up Saturday for the delivery. When I saw the car for the first time, it had just been recently tinted. I found a few tiny pinpoint bubbles in the tint on one window. Within an hour Mr. Jiang made arrangements so that the person that did the tinting was there and they replaced the tint on that window. I was amazed at how responsive they were to immediately correct this. For me, this was a very good sign of the quality and integrity of a dealership. When little things go wrong, which can always happen, how a company responds speaks volumes. One other pleasant surprise was signing ownership documents. I have been accustomed in other car dealerships to spending over an hour with someone that tries to talk me into extended warranties, etc. Then they fill out the documents there while I wait. At BMW of San Antonio, I was in and out in ten minutes. All the documents were filled out in advance as much as possible. The person asked me how long I plan to keep the car and I answered four years. He said if I was interested in an extended warranty they have those but the car warranty will cover me for the time I plan to own the car. Done. No hard sell. Just a quick offer of what was available. Since I took delivery, I have actually had two follow phone-calls and e-mails from Mr. Jiang to see how things were going and did I have any questions. I have purchased cars all my life and have never had a salesman follow through to this extent. In summary, I love this car. It is incredible. Purchasing it at BMW of San Antonio with Frank Jiang as my salesman was the most professional and exceptional experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. I felt they treated me as if my time was valuable, were highly organized and professional, fair, responsive to making things right. After buying my first BMW from a private party, i started taking my car to BMW of SA fo I want to start by saying that BMW of SA is simply the BEST! After buying my first BMW from a private party, i started taking my car to BMW of SA for their scheduled maintenance and was more than impressed with their attentiveness and great customer service! I moved to Houston later on and decided it was time to purchase a new car. After checking with the local Houston BMW dealerships, i decided to contact BMW of SA to browse for my new car. I had the pleasure of working with Vanessa Kahn who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable answering all my concerns/questions. She kept me updated through the whole process as i custom ordered my new car. Once my car had arrived, she offered to deliver the vehicle to Houston (which was not necessary) and took the time to show me all the features of my new car upon delivery.
