Worst service in the world! DO NOT purchase a BMW in San Antonio. You can NOT get this dealer to service your car without waiting a long time. I need to have the AC looked at (ca DO NOT purchase a BMW in San Antonio. You can NOT get this dealer to service your car without waiting a long time. I need to have the AC looked at (car has less than 13,000 miles) and I can not get an appointment with a loaner car until April and it is July. They said I could take the car in and maybe they could get to it in 3-5 days. To scheduled an oil change (no car loaner) I have to wait over 30 days for an appointment. Previously, I did a walk in oil change and I was there almost 2 hours more than they said it would take when I dropped off the car. Waiting area is not nice. I wish I never traded my Lexus for a BMW. San Antonio Infiniti dealer always had a loaner car for a simple oil change that week. Update to previous post: I took my car in on Tuesday morning for an oil change and the AC recharged and got it back on Saturday, Although, Ricky cares about his customers and tried to get to my car for service, this service department can not handle the volume of BMWS cars. I was informed they will be moving to a new location and I hope they fix the problem of not having enough service stalls to work on the volume of BMW cars in this area. KCarey More

I was searching for an X6 and I immediately found I had the best experience from BMW of San Antonio. They took care of me from beginning to the end. I was searching for an X6 and I immediately found it on line at the San Antonio location on line. I was immediately contacted by Taylor and he provided me with all of the information on the X6. I decided to go and test drive the car even though I reside in the DFW area. I was in meetings all day in Corpus Christi, Tx and afterwards I decided to drive to San Antonio. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Don. He was extremely courteous and friendly with a smile. He took me for a test drive and I was sold. This type of customer service is hard to find. I mean everyone was sincerely friendly. Now I'm enjoying my x6. More
The worse customer service I have ever had! I made an appointment on line one week in advance so I would not have to wait. When I arrived, again, I told him, I am dropping my vehicle off, I wil I made an appointment on line one week in advance so I would not have to wait. When I arrived, again, I told him, I am dropping my vehicle off, I will pick it up tomorrow. I was told to "take a seat and a customer rep would come see me." After an hour, I asked why no one had spoke to me, This is unreal! THEN, they tried to charge me for a covered service! I will travel to Austin from now on. Please, please do not take your BMW to the San Antonio location. You will get extremely poor customer service and most like be overcharged. More

It is very hard to find a knowledgeable, fair and customer oriented salesperson. Josh Barraza was all three. Most salespeople try to sell you what's on the lot and do not work with customers to truly understand our needs and desires in an automobile. Josh was very helpful from the beginning and had was very responsive throughout the entire process. I live in Houston and tried several local dealers and chose BMW of San Antonio because they valued me as a customer. Each person I dealt with was honest, fair and low pressure. I will continue to buy from them in the future. It is definitely worth the three hour drive. I have already recommended Josh to several people and will continue to do so. More
Very accommodating staff really tries to go out of their way to assist you. If you need transportation, they always get you a vehicle, out of warranty or not.
