Some Good and Some Bad The dealer has been a real mixed bag. I did receive a great price on my X5 35d but that is about where the good ends. They offered to deliver the vehicle to my home as the dealer was a hundred miles away which was nice but it was also a mistake. I've had the vehicle for over two weeks and I've still not received any of the documentation, contract or account information. I've emailed and texted the sales person twice and only when I emailed the sales manager did someone respond. Tonight I tried to set up the BMW Connected app on my iPhone only to find out I was supposed to have been given account info for my Connected Drive account by the dealer and of course I wasn't. I may have saved some cash buying from these guys but I've had to chase them down for several basic items like deal paperwork and frankly I wouldn't do it again. More
