I'm Just Window Shopping "I'm just window shopping…" That was my response when Mr. Biju Pillai approached me at BMW of San Antonio to ask what had caught my eye. I was looking "I'm just window shopping…" That was my response when Mr. Biju Pillai approached me at BMW of San Antonio to ask what had caught my eye. I was looking at SUV's. At the time my current vehicle was getting old and up there in the milage department. Biju was polite and friendly and took the time to talk to me about what I was in the market for. I was still, "just window shopping". Then he brought my attention to a beautiful Space Grey X3, it had all the bells and whistles that I was looking for. And… it was a few thousand dollars less in cost than the original vehicle on which I had my heart set. We had only to take it for a test drive and I was captivated. But, remember, I was just window shopping. I had been toying with the idea of trading in my car and getting into something newer and a little prettier. Biju seemed to have read my mind. He walked me through the buying process as thought he was teaching me the steps of a dance. It was fun and exciting and a little bit nerve wracking! Was I really about to take the plunge? After all, I was just window shopping. Biju articulated the value and aesthetics of this beautiful machine with such a strong sentiment, that I became a convert. So on a somewhat lazy Saturday afternoon, I had the best experience in purchasing a vehicle. The entire team was courteous and wonderful, but it was Biju that went the extra distance to make sure that I left happy. On a somewhat lazy Saturday afternoon, when I was just window shopping, I ended my day with a drive home in my BMW X3! More

Not helpful Prices advertised are "set price" yet they want to charge a $5000 tax on a car that is under $30k! Ridiculous. Great experience We went in 'just to look' and ended up with a 2016 X5. Frank was a great salesman who didn't pressure us at all.
