It was our first time getting a car and we had lots of questions. They not only stayed till 10:30 on a Friday night but were extremely patient answering all our questions and making sure that we left satisfied. Biju is an absolute gem to work with, his enthusiasm and admiration for BMW made us so excited to drive the "ultimate driving machine." And the cars truly are---it's incredible the difference that comfort, eco, and sports mode brings---it truly is a luxury car. He also went above and beyond to find a car that suited all our needs in our price range which was extremely helpful. Angad was extremely patient and kind which made our experience at BMW of San Antonio the best. I highly recommend both of them for their excellent service and kindness. More
Absolutely HORRIBLE!! This is absolutely the worst dealership we have ever encountered!!! Don't buy a car here!! Go to Austin or anywhere else!! Ever since the daughter took over this dealership it's horrible! Service guys don't call you back. I kept calling a service guy over and over he kept telling me "there are no cars available." He never set me up with an appointment or anything. He would tell me "I'll call you this afternoon" and then nothing... this happened countless times. After 2 weeks of this I finally called BMW and talked to a manager and he got me a car that night. BMW's are awesome cars, but a lot does go wrong with them. You are going to be in the service dept. a lot, so you have to have a good one. The only person at this dealership that will go out of their way for you is William in Mini(service). BMW side is awful! Sales people don't call you back(Mini sales either). You would think they would want to sell you a car. We have bought 2 cars(1 Mini, 1 BMW) now out of state. Getting ready to buy our 3rd and thought we'll give them one more chance. Well, no they haven't changed. No return phone call. They may not care about losing 3 car sales because they are so busy. May not seem like a lot, but imagine all the other people they have lost, due to the same thing. I could go into a long list of things that has happened, but this was the last straw. Things probably won't change once they move over to their new location... this obviously all streams down from the management and above. From experience, most of the good comments on here they give them some incentive to post it More
The Service Department at BMW of San Antonio is HORRIBLE! My car broke down and I brought it to BMW of San Antonio for service. My car was towed to the dealership Tuesday morning and left there to be worked o My car broke down and I brought it to BMW of San Antonio for service. My car was towed to the dealership Tuesday morning and left there to be worked on. I received 2 calls that morning so they can inform me about my car. I was told that by Wednesday the car should be done by my advisor named Eric. Wednesday came around and at 3pm, I called my advisor several times and finally left a voicemail. I NEVER received a call back that day. On Thursday, I called several times again around 8am, 12pm, 3pm, and 5pm and left more voicemails. NEVER got a call back or an update on my car. On Friday, I called several times again and left more voicemails and I NEVER received a call from anyone. Since I am a student at the UT Health and Science Center School of Dentistry, I am in class from 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday. This allows absolutely zero time for me to drive up to the dealership to complain. Luckily on Friday, I finished my test early and drove to the dealership to ask about my car. I talked to the service manager Phillip Rosales and told him my situation with Eric. After complaining, he told me the car is not ready but it would be done Saturday at 2pm. He also told me he would update me personally on Saturday. On Saturday around 4pm, I still received no calls or text and I had to call several times to speak to someone who knew if my car was finished or not. FINALLY the cashier for the service department checked on the status of my car and told me it was ready to go. This is the WORST SERVICE ever! I do not expect much from them, but I do expect a returned call to update me on my car status. More

I called BMW Roadside Service, and they were quick to dispatch a tow truck. Excellent! I anticipated a problem in arranging for a loaner from BMWSA on short notice, and very near the Center's closing time...not to mention rush hour traffic. I called Lou Gatti (Svc. Mgr) for help. Without fail or hesitation, Lou arranged for the delivery of a loaner to my location. Exemplary!! Thank you Lou, and also thanks to your staff who made all this happen. You are the VERY BEST!
