A few days later I took my vehicle to get washed and the service department scratched the hood of my vehicle. A salesman helped me as Mr. Garcia was off that day but he was available by phone and assured me he would assist in getting it taken care of. Before I left, I had an appointment for the next week. When the work was done my vehicle looked like new again. Mr. Garcia went out of the way to make sure I was taken care of and was being assisted while he was off. His customer service was above and beyond the norm. I would recommend him to others in the market to purchase a BMW. More

Lisa was extremely helpful and very friendly. I loved that she didn’t make me feel like she was trying to push me into a deal or into something I didn’t need. She was very straight forward and never made me feel pressured. Any questions I had, she was just a text or phone call away! I would tell my friends and family to go to her when they are looking for a new vehicle. Bradburn in financing was always very helpful and friendly. He did a good job at explaining the options and he made the whole process fast and painless. There were so many cars in stock to choose from, you can find a car with the options you want.
