Terrible experience with finance This was my first time buying a brand new car an my experience with finance when I chose NOT to buy all of the extra options the atmosphere changed. The persons demeanor and attitude towards me was awful and I almost walked away from the entire transaction. I’m writing this so the issue can be rectified and this never happens to another customer excited about buying a luxury name brand.car. More
