If I remember correctly, employee of the year (of of the month ?), and friendly with female customers (or similar), among others. When meeting him, it was easy to understand why he had deserved those, and probably more. With his polite and welcoming, while professional attitude, he was the most convincing ambassador for his company. He correctly sensed what our needs were, and helped us to an attractive deal. The car arrived quickly. The only issue was the car arrived with moderate paint damage. But BMW of San Antonio helpfully sent me cash to cover the majority of the paint damage, so that’s good. There are still a few gravel dings here or there, including chips in the windshield that should have been reported to me before payment, but overall I’m satisfied.
