My vehicle always gets food service. Unfortunately this time my service rep was slow to respond d didn't give me updates on my vehicle unless I called. Kept my car overnight and told me he would be there when I picked up my vehicle at 7pm closing time and he wasn't. I got no feedback on the service my vehicle had. Disappointed this time. More
Drop off for service was cumbersome, time consuming. Pick up was even more so. Porters, cashiers, extremely rude and could not answer simple questions.
