The rating is for the tactics used by the used car sales manger. Took almost 2hrs of sitting down and going back and forth with the sales assistant to the sales manager to reach a price. Couldn’t come to an manger. Took almost 2hrs of sitting down and going back and forth with the sales assistant to the sales manager to reach a price. Couldn’t come to an agreement. Only $500 off and we would have bought. Informed them that we’d think about their last price provided over the weekend and get back to them Monday. On Monday 9am we asked if they could come down that $500. They took 4hrs to reply, then increased the price another $1000, stating Saturday’s price was a one time offer. Which was never mentioned on Saturday. Poor customer experience. More
