Crazy thing is I wasn't planning on having to go back to the service center that quickly but when your check engine light comes on a second time you go back to where you bought it. They finally supplied me with a loaner car after 10 days! New engine was ordered, picked up the loaner thank you Richmond Rentals for getting me into a VERY nice car on Friday June 30 and surprisingly my vehicle was ready for pick up on July 6th! Again, didn't want to use their service center, because it's a royal pain to get there....but I am so thankful I did. I DO love my Hyundai and so happy with the work they do! More

Last 2 visits for us have been major issues. My wife had her check engine light come on 3 weeks ago was told the part would be in within 2 days, dealer goes radio silent on us and until I come i My wife had her check engine light come on 3 weeks ago was told the part would be in within 2 days, dealer goes radio silent on us and until I come in for my oil change 3 weeks layer do they finally tell us the part is in. When I went in for my oil change and tire rotation it took almost 3 hours. The staff was very pushy trying to sell me brakes and the quote they gave me was double the price that any other mechanic will do the job for. Safe to say my wife and I will be looking for a new dealership to service our vehicles going forward. More
