I walked into the showroom and was greeted by Roy Silveira. We sat down and discussed what I was looking for. I was impressed that he didn't try to oversell, but was genuinely interested in what was the best fit for me and my needs. Roy took the time to address all my concerns and even though I asked some of the same questions more than once, he was still patient and had my best interests in mind. We He went into detail on each vehicle I had looked at which allowed me to make an educated decision. After deciding on my dream car, I was introduced to Dave Rosendhal, to explain the financing options. This man is amazing! Dave turned what usually is a frustrating process into one that was comfortable and enjoyable. I felt like I was sitting and talking to someone I had known for a long time because of his friendly personality. Dave took the time to search all the banks and find the best rate for me. He wanted to ensure that what we came up with fit into my budget and worked for me. I truly appreciate his efforts and thank everyone at Pride for a wonderful car buying experience. She showed us a 2013 Hyundai se coupe, which we liked very much. We took the car for a test drive, during the test drive Maggi allowed us to experience the car without over selling. When we made an offer which Maggi accepted and was able to complete the deal at the price we could afford. Maggi was a joy to work with, she is so friendly and personable. She makes you feel like a friend rather than just a customer. We also met with David Rosendhal, who was also very personable and friendly. He offered sound advice concerning the best strategy to pay for the purchase. I highly recommend both Maggi and David. Happy First Time Buyer! I have been searching for a compact SUV for quite some time when, I saw a car that caught my interest and my family needs. I immediately called the dealership and spoke to Maggie. I told Maggie that I have two kids so I am not looking for a luxury vehicle, but something practical and something that will last me many years. As we spoke, she found a car I might like and that meets my needs. She sent me an email with a few photos of the exact car I was looking for and it was in my price range. Shortly after we scheduled a test drive and I was pleased to meet Maggie's in person as she made me feel so comfortable on the phone. I have to admit that I am also in sales so I am not the easiest customer to deal with or please. Her care and helpfulness allowed me to give in and buy the Sportage and even add on a few features. After my wife and I looked at a few other dealerships and models, we quickly agreed on a great price. Throughout the whole process, Roy was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. On the day of the purchase, I had a meeting out of state, so we started in the morning and then picked right back up in the afternoon. David got me the APR I wanted and had me in and out of his office quickly. Great job by Pride all around. More
