There was not one question I asked that he had to get back to me for; he has done his homework. I am not the easiest customer to deal with, and Andy was a true gentleman, kind and patient with me. I love driving my 2016 Tucson, and I will buy another from Andy when my lease is up, unless he is a high level administrator for Hyundai Corp by then! More

Certified Pre-Owned I had a great experience at the dealership. The waiting room was a little bit shabby, and my wife said the women's bathroom was a mess and there was no paper towel available to dry her hands. More
My experience buying a Certified 2013 Hyundai Sonata I had already visited 2 other dealerships to test drive other models. Both of those visits were awful. It was with reluctance that I went to Pride H I had already visited 2 other dealerships to test drive other models. Both of those visits were awful. It was with reluctance that I went to Pride Hyundai to look at a Certified 2013 Hyundai Sonata I found online. I found the car on the lot and liked what I saw. I was approached by Roy Silveira Sr when I walked in the showroom and I told him which car I was interested in. It was probably less than 5 minutes and were test driving the car. I told him I drove a lot of highway miles so after a few back roads so he made sure to incorperate some highway driving into the test drive. After the test drive we went back to his desk. This is the part I hate and I had been dreading it. Roy told me first off, there is absolutely no pressure. If I needed some time away from the process he told me get up and take a break. I had mentioned that I had one other car I wanted to look at that was at another dealership. He asked what kind and then told me the differences over the two cars and in what area the Hyundai Sonata was a better car. He didn't spend any time bashing the other model. He told me to go and drive it, he also pointed out the same model on their lot and told me to go have a look and see for myself. I decided right then I wanted to give Pride and Roy my business. The sales process went quickly and smoothly. He may have had to talk to the sales manager once to get me something I wanted. It was the least pressure I've ever had buying a car. I would buy from them again without hesitation and would reccomend them to anyone. So why then did I not give a 5 star review? I met with the finance person David Rosendhal. There was the standard offering of extended warranties and accessories. I told him the only accessory I was interested in was a remote start system with cell phone capability. He informed me of the Guidepoint system. I was led to believe that the only way to get the remote start with the cell phone capability was to purchase this Guidepoint system. I signed on the dotted line. I later find out that I could have had the remote start system I wanted without purchasing the Guidepoint system and could have saved quite a bit of money. I honestly don't think it was his intention to upsell me but it was a lack of knowledge about the products. He was rediculously efficient and made the process easy and I wasn't pressured. If you are in the market for a Hyundai or they have a car on the lot you are interested in don't hesitate to check out Pride. More
