Failed to complete diagnosis twice and lied about what had been done and what was left daily and promised to call with updates didn’t or have my car ready to leave and got there after over 5 days when I h had been done and what was left daily and promised to call with updates didn’t or have my car ready to leave and got there after over 5 days when I had an appointment 3 weeks ahead for a return appointment when engine light was on. Service rep had quit that told me it was ready and they had only started a software update when I got there and wanted it another day. Told me the engine codes were nothing to worry about but then my car engine shut down on my way to the ER for a family member and had to be towed to another dealer days later. More
