Rose has been the BIGGEST help at Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. Rose has been the most pleasant part of my experience with Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. Every time I have had a problem with my vehicle (and I really do Rose has been the most pleasant part of my experience with Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. Every time I have had a problem with my vehicle (and I really do mean EVERY time), it has been Rose that has helped me contact the right person in order to get the issue resolved. In my opinion, she truly fights for and supports her customers. She has put in a good word for me with her coworkers, and has honored warranties, where with others it at times feel like you're pulling teeth to get them to cover anything. As a person, she is sweet and respectful, and really projects this warm, caring presence about herself. As I've said, Rose has absolutely been my favorite aspect during my experience with Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. If you have to contact anyone there, I highly recommend speaking with her first. She's an absolute sweetheart! Other workers that I have worked with who have turned my not so good initial experience into something better, have been Roy Silveira, Sr. in sales and Tony Fernandes and Stacy Reposa in Service. All great, helpful and hard working people that in my experience make Pride Hyundai of Seekonk a worthwhile place. More
Great Customer Service Rose Ryan has always been the friendly voice on my phone when she calls to confirm an appointment. I always look forward to my regular visits to the service department because Rose will come out and great me in a professional and courtesy manner. Once I got a ride from Pride into my work place and I left my handbag in the vehicle. Rose called me to check on me and to reassure me that everything was fine and the gentleman would be coming back over to my work place with my handbag. It was such a relief to hear Rose’s polite and pleasant voice when I thought I lost my handbag. Rose makes everyone feel special just like she is. More

Return Customer I was so impressed with Roy the first time he assisted my daughter and I with the purchase of her certified pre-owed Hyundai Elantra, earlier this yea I was so impressed with Roy the first time he assisted my daughter and I with the purchase of her certified pre-owed Hyundai Elantra, earlier this year. That I knew when I was ready to purchase my new car that I would be returning to Pride Hyundai. To have the pleasure of having Roy help me out again with the purchase of my new 2017 Elantra. Andy was also a great help. And I had a really great experience dealing with Marissa (financial). Overall a great experience. Will highly recommend to everyone I know to go to Pride Hyundai to buy their cars!!! More

Excellent follow up and customer care I purchased a used vehicle jut over two years ago at the dealership and have brought my car in for regular service. I had been extremely satisfied wi I purchased a used vehicle jut over two years ago at the dealership and have brought my car in for regular service. I had been extremely satisfied with all the people I had dealt with at Pride. Late Spring of this year I made an appointment for an oil change When I brought my car in A young lady named Heather was at the service counter. She was writing up the service order and suggested several things according to the car's mileage. I told her that I was planning to do full service on my next visit and again stated I just wanted the oil change and would wait for my vehicle. I went to the waiting room and after about 30 minutes had a wonderful visit with Rose Ryan who always goes out of her way to check on me and see if I am satisfied. While we were talking, Heather came to the waiting room and asked to speak with me. .I went with her to the service area where she proceeded to give me a list of what I should be doing to my car and that the mechanics had recommended numerous items be repaired/replaced including the oil pan which could leak any day and the front brakes and the front ball joint and several other things.. At this point I had been there about an hour and I told her that all I had asked to be done was the oil change. She basically kept at it telling me this was all necessary. I told her to just have the oil changed and I went back to the waiting room. After another half hour or forty five minutes Rose came back in and asked me why I was still there so I told her what happened. A short time later (now about two hours in the waiting room, Heather came back and asked me to speak with her again. She told me that my front headlight was out and did I want that replaced...I said yes and reminded her that I had been there a while. She then started again trying to sell me the other service repairs even saying that she checked on the ball joint and it was covered so it would only be the $100 deductible. I was really agitated at this point and again said no. I had now been there over 3 hours and still didn't have my car. Rose had heard all this and went to see what the problem was. Another half hour passed and my car was finally ready. Over 3 hours for an oil change and so much anxiety caused by Heather. Rose knew I was very upset and said she would call me to follow up. I paid my bill and Heather still tried to make the additional sales by trying to schedule that work. I told he absolutely not and that I would take care of what needed to be done next time to which he replied that I had better not hit and potholes or use my breaks too much! I am sorry this is such a lengthy comment. I was pretty much done with ever going back to Pride but spoke later to Rose and decided to give it another shot. I think Stacy and Tony and Rose are awesome but Heather needs to be schooled in appropriate customer care. I will not deal with her again, I have been in sales for over 30 years and her way of doing business is poor.. I did have additional work done this week on my car and was happy with the service.
