Buying a 2016 Hyndai Santa Fe Sport Roy greeted us promptly at the door and proceeded to introduce the car to my wife and I from top to bottom - the most thorough introduction I have eve Roy greeted us promptly at the door and proceeded to introduce the car to my wife and I from top to bottom - the most thorough introduction I have ever experienced. Roy was very friendly, answered all our questions, and joined us on a short test drive providing an opportunity for both of us to get a feel for the car. He covered all details of what was for us a very well equipped car and at the delivery a few hours later he programed my cell phone in the Bluetooth and our home address in the navigation systems. He introduced me to the service manager providing contact continuity which was very much appreciated. The earlier negotiations on price and trade in values were short and for my part successful and to our satisfaction I would also like to leave a review of the dealership. All personnel were very friendly and helpful with very moderate and reasonable sales pressure, the show room is attractive and warm, the waiting room quiet and living room like, and the service desk more office like rather than shop like as at most dealerships..
