My car was stuck here for 8 weeks. This service involved warranted work which I was told by the dealer would be covered under warranty. The first part of this work was completed “under warranty” and did not solve the problem. Work continued and Hyundai revoked the warranty status of my vehicle. The dealer went back on the agreed terms of repair to leave me with the bill of the work that was agreed upon under the precedent that it was covered under warranty. The dealer was then entirely unhelpful in communicating with Hyundai about the repairs to the point that my car sat in their lot for 5 weeks while awaiting judgement from Hyundai. During this time no loaner vehicle was “available” and no efforts were made to push a decision from Hyundai. Each time I called I was told “we just have to wait for them.” In short, work was not completed on time for the agreed upon cost. Customer service offered no help for alternate transportation during these 8 weeks. The dealership was quite content with my car sitting in their lot for 5 weeks while making no effort to get a response from Hyundai. More
